North Carolina knows how to do it right. Immediately after the Supreme Court legalized gay marriage the state passed a law allowing officials to opt out of performing all marriages. The law exempts court officials with a “sincerely held religious objection” and is designed for those opposing gay marriage.

Jonathan, thanks for your input but I believe every word that proceeds out of the Mouth of God. Every word that is written in the Holy Bible. I don’t pick and choose. I am not perfect but I pray every day for all people, especially for non believers, those that speak without knowing the facts.
The courts can not make laws. That’s congress job! This bill against same sex marriage was voted on bt congress,senate and signed by the president. Not to mention adopted by 37 states. Yet the Cons$#%&!@*ution says it to stop $#%&!@*. So the Supreme Court takes it upon itself to declare itself the final law against all government and the people of 37 states. Is this not exactly what the Cons$#%&!@*ution forbids??
The Supreme Court needs to be disbanded. It is obviously under Obama’s control.
Supreme court doesn’t make laws, congress does
