Now, Monica has been arrested on misdemeanor assault charges from a 2011 incident where she allegedly punched a co-worker in the face, which caused injury. She was held for several hours on Tuesday and released on a $1,000 bond.

Her message raised a furor of responses, both on Breitbart and other news and internet outlets. KTRH’s nationally syndicated radio talk show host, Michael Berry, said on his radio show on Tuesday that she would someday have to answer to her creator about her comments. He would not read what he called, her disgusting comments on the air.

That same day, she tweeted support for the #BlackLivesMatter movement.

Her Facebook and Twitter accounts have since been shut down.

The criminal information document, obtained from public records by Breitbart Texas, revealed that on August 21, 2011, Monica Foy allegedly assaulted a former co-worker by striking him repeatedly about the head and face with her closed fist. The court document states that Foy “struck him about the head and face with a closed fist several times, causing him pain and discomfort. The complainant advised during the course of the assault, his eyeglasses were knocked off his face, and the inside of his mouth was cut as a result of being punched by the defendant.”
