Police officers in Irving, TX, are being called heroes today after shooting and killing a robbery suspect outside of a check cashing store. An employee of a nearby furniture store caught the entire incident on video.
Though he didn’t capture how it started, he certainly captured the way it ended. The first officer arrived on the scene right as the suspect violently grabbed a female employee of the Cash Store and threatened to kill her.
When more cops arrived on the scene, he tried to force her into his car with his gun. There was brief standoff before officers shot and killed the suspect.

Well done, but I hope that was a lady police officer tending to the hostage.
Remember the old addage, “Practice, practice, practice” 🙂
Pop goes the weasel;)
GREAT SHOT
Live like a Thug, die like a Thug. Nice shot and thank you.
There was a hostage situation in Middletown, NJ years ago. A Toms River thug did an armed home invasion and tried to take a hostage. One of the officers on the scene shot the thug and he was paralyzed. Family sued the township claiming the thug should not have been shot. Before the case came to trial, the thug died, so we will never know what the court would have decided.
When are they going to learn that when police officers in Texas show up it is time to quit? An Austin mounted patrol officer shot a rifle-armed gunman using only a pistol from 100 yards while holding the reins of two horses. A Garland officer takes out two AK-47 toting Jihadists using only his pistol, and in this video the Irving officers puts one in the hostage-takers melon and avoids hitting the hostage. No offense to other officers in other states but it now should be established that in pretty much every department here there are people who can and will make the shot(s) needed to stop the c**p.
Good job officers!!!
be nice if all robberys. could get this done to them.
Always praying for our people in blue. God Bless them all.
