When Kamel Fotouh from the Katy Islamic Association moved next door to Craig Baker and his 200-year-old family farm, he told Baker he should either pack up his stuff and move or at least get rid of his pigs.
It seems Fotouh also called Baker a liar at a town meeting.
Baker responded by holding pig races every Friday, one of Islam’s most holy days, during their prayer time.

This is a silly article – Muslims don’t hate pigs any more than Jews or vegans hate pigs – they just don’t eat pork. It seems to me like this is a non-issue
I’d have a pork BBQ as well to celebrate the races! Reading some of the posts above certainly shows wide angled liberalism. Bet you’d think differently if your neighbor told you to move when your family had claim 200 years earlier.

Horse pucky. If the man is opposed to his hogs, I’m betting it has to do with effluent and odor more than w any religious belief. On the other hand, Lora has a point that the pigs were there first.
