In an interview on NBC, filmaker Spike Lee claimed that Americans don’t care about the massive amounts of gun violence because its “not Sandy Hook.”
While Spike Lee attempts to spin Americans’ lack of interest in Chicago by insinuating that no one cares because those who are dying aren’t innocent, young, white, schoolchildren, he’s totally ignoring those who are ignoring the violence in Chicago.
While most of America is pointing toward Chicago as proof that gun-free zones don’t work, those who are outright ignoring the city is none other than Black Lives Matter.
The reason for this is obvious. When it comes to Black Lives Matter, black lives only matter when they are killed by white Americans. Because such a huge percentage of Chicago’s murders are black on black crime, Black Lives Matter doesn’t seem to care.

Decide they are tired of young people not respecting the community and their not trying to make themselves better by working hard in school, learning things like respecting others learning how to get along in sociality ……this gang banging …will continue….the sixties we installed across this country Quota system which instead of fair play it was used ad reverse discrimination….a Asian student in Cal said it best the white male student was getting told…no matter what his income, no matter his high school grades were. ..you can’t get into college because your white….which is wrong…no matter what your skin color is.

That is not true,because the ones that don’t care about Chicago gun violence is the anti gun control people. Most Americans worry about the gang murders in Chi more than the Bloombergs and Obamas. The removal of guns from gangs and drug lords armies should be more important than taking guns from law abiding citizens.
No, we care but Chicago doesn’t care about all the murders in Ga. and Al. Useless. Friends killing each other. Men killing fiances, babies and just killing in anger.
Spikey, get yourself to Chicago and help your “people” since the Americans don’t care!! What are those people in Chicago who are doing all the shooting and killing…Chinese? They are Americans, too, and need people who are good role models speaking to them and helping them. Tell them to get an education or a trade. Marry the mother of your child and become a good roll model for that child. Believe it or not, the blacks had good lives for the most part until the Democrats got hold of them. Like LBJ said, “We’ll have those people(not the word he used) voting Democrat for the next 200 years!” Thing about that.
