As far as I can tell Soros just believes that out of anarchy will come socialism. So the more unrest and upheaval he can be a part of encouraging the better as far as he can see. Now I see very little benefit to socialism and none at all to communism but I think Soros only believes he can continue to acquire personal wealth by speaking like a socialist.
