Keeping even a small area of your home cool in toasty summer weather can be very expensive if you use your air conditioner. Instead, this simple air conditioner, an easy DIY project cools down a small area, and can be made in just a few minutes out of simple parts.

I made on just like that and was disappointed in it’s performance. Perhaps south Texas is too hot for it, because the ice only lasted a couple of hours before melting too much to be useful.
Even easier, use a dryer vent, ice in the cooler and a battery operated fan.. Yep it works, made one this summer for my sons baseball games during the summer months of texas
