Sheriff Clarke Calls Marc Lamont Hill a ‘Jigaboo’ Over Hill’s Labeling Blacks Meeting with Trump ‘Mediocre Negros’

Sheriff David Clarke of Milwaukee makes the point that racial activists will be put out of business if race relations improve now that Obama is leaving office. That is a bold statement for a black man to make because it is sure to infuriate the left, especially the African-American left. It certainly infuriated Marc Lamont Hill who is with CNN. Of course, solid liberal that he is, Hill was already infuriated at Donald Trump.

Hill has a problem with the blacks with whom Donald Trump has been meeting. He complains that Trump is demeaning blacks by supposedly meeting only with black celebrities, people Hill referred to as “mediocre negros.” Sheriff Clarke would have none of it and fired back at Hill via Twitter.

The sheriff makes a valid point: There are those who benefit from keeping racial tensions boiling. He supports his point with a statement that Booker T. Washington made decades ago.

Clarke also brought a remark by Frederick Douglas into the debate.

This immediately got him in trouble with black activists has he just publicly blew their cover. Hence, Sheriff Clarke must be discredited or silenced by the left. The left has a problem though — they picked on the wrong man as Clarke is not going to back down.

Hill responded in an attempt to defend himself.

However the Sheriff is not going away quietly nor letting Hill and those like him off the hook. He summed up his beliefs on the matter in his latest posting on Twitter:

Perhaps the day will come when racial tensions are a thing of the past. Sadly, that day will not come as a result of the efforts of Mr. Hill.

Hill responds:
