The Urth Cafe has hired the American Freedom Law Center. The AFLC has declared that the case brought by CAIR and Sara Farsakh’s cadre is fraudulent, going so far as to call it a hoax.
Meanwhile the media keeps portraying the story as some kind of mean whitey narrative.

Seven Muslim women are suing a Southern California cafe, claiming they were kicked out because of their religion and were treated like animals, CBS Los Angeles reports.
One of the plaintiffs, Sara Farsakh, said: “I felt embarrassed, outraged and shocked by the discrimination my friends and I were subjected to.”
The women said police officers escorted them out of Urth Caffé in Laguna Beach for violating the restaurant’s 45-minute limit table time.
“I truly believe had I been sitting there with my friends that were not wearing headscarfs, we would not have been asked to leave,” Farsakh said. She said other customers told her that they had been there longer than the plaintiffs, and they were not kicked out.
This is a nice try by CAIR but they fail to recognize that one of the cafe’s owners, Jilla Berkman, was born a Kurd and raised in Tehran.
The plaintiff, Sara Farsakh, is a Palestinian born woman whose family lived among the various war zones where all the civilians support Hamas, Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigade, DFLP, Harakat al-Sabireen, PLO, Palestine Islamic Jihad, PFLP-GC, etc…
Of course, Sara’s family was totally innocent and had no idea that these people were trolling the Israelis to death and then taking cover in civilian buildings. So when tragedy befell Sara’s family, of course Israel and western powers were to blame.
So her family moved to the Great Satan, America. Because that’s what you do when you “blame” a country, you move there and make a life.
The simple fact is that this group of women wanted to break the rules that were clearly stated at their table. They didn’t get away with it and now the cafe owners are getting death threats from Jihadists.
Unwilling to suffer this abuse, the AFLC and Urth Cafe have filed a counter suit.
More Americans should follow this example and fight back against these fake Social Justice wannabes.
Complaining that you can’t hog a table at acafe is not social justice, it’s a first world problem.
