In another unfortunate turn of events, under new rules established since last week’s events in Chicago, Trump is now to be held personally responsible for the actions of anti-Trump protestors, which makes absolutely no sense at all.
Meanwhile, in a related development, PETA issued a press release condemning the individual.
“All animals feel pain, stress and fear just like we do, and they deserve our respect and protection,” said PETA’s Senior Vice President Daphna Nachminovitch.
“Horses are highly sensitive prey animals, and this poor horse was without a doubt already under a tremendous amount of stress as a result of the chaos, the crowds, the deafening noise of the angry protesters, and more. PETA commends the person who called the tip line so that this woman’s apparent cruelty to this horse does not go unpunished.”
On the bright side, at least America’s liberal factions seem to be as divided as the conservative ones. Tucson cop, Brandon Tatum, who attended a Trump rally as an impartial observer, came away saying that anti-Trump protestors were the “most hateful people” he’s ever met. How’s that for a bit of irony?
