Secret Service Can Use Cell Phone Tracking Without a Warrant

The Secret Service now has leeway to track whomever they want. Using a suitcase sized device called a ‘Stingray’ that functions like a cellphone tower, an agent can scoop up local data and trace cellphones to their owners. The guidelines for this policy are vague and easily bendable, giving massive amounts of power to Obama’s security detail.
