Repealing the Second Amendment would seemingly be an impossible task. But the left will not so easily give up.
But if the Supreme Court’s decision in Obergefell v. Hodges teaches us anything, it’s that the age of judicial supremacy means that five justices can amend the Constitution far more efficiently than Congress and the state legislatures. And right now there are clearly four Supreme Court justices who are committed to the absurd view that the operative clause of the Second Amendment — “the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed” — doesn’t actually mean “the right of the people” and therefore doesn’t encompass an individual right to own a weapon, even for self-defense. More of this theory on the next page:
They can’t touch the Constitution that will cause a revolution
Go ahead and let them. W will give them a war like no other and they will not survive. MOLON LABE!
Sounds like people are going to be moving from ballets to bullets.
That’s not the way it works. Go back to school learn how your government works. You’ll sleep better.
The purpose of the supremes is to review law and determine if it is constitutional. I know they have grossly exceeded that in the past, but I don’t believe one can make a case for the constitution to be unconstitutional.
The cannot do that, get it through your big skulls, only Congress, and Obama can’t either, not legally
They don’t have the power to do that.
Sweat, you guys, sweat…
Pretty sure i speak for many. Bring it, we are prepared!
There has to be a term limit. Americans have found out lifetime appointments are dangerous to our society. These people become complacent in their responsibilty and loose objectivity and reinterpret the law of the land.
