Repealing the Second Amendment would seemingly be an impossible task. But the left will not so easily give up.
But if the Supreme Court’s decision in Obergefell v. Hodges teaches us anything, it’s that the age of judicial supremacy means that five justices can amend the Constitution far more efficiently than Congress and the state legislatures. And right now there are clearly four Supreme Court justices who are committed to the absurd view that the operative clause of the Second Amendment — “the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed” — doesn’t actually mean “the right of the people” and therefore doesn’t encompass an individual right to own a weapon, even for self-defense. More of this theory on the next page:
We keep our 2nd Amendment. We will not give up our guns to be slaughtered.
Desolve the Scotus
So wait our founding fathers really didn’t put the 2nd Amendment guaranteeing is the right to bear arms in the Constitution? That all of these years later it was finally added! Well what the hell were they teaching us in school then? Lol.
All repealing this Amendment is going to do IF it happens is make make more guns available on the black market. The NRA didn’t come into play until way after our founding fathers created our constitution and legalized it. Yes over time more Amendments were made and added as times have changed, as they should.
If you think that the issues with guns are out of control now then go ahead and repeal the 2nd Amendment and see just how out of control it will get. It will make the problem we have now look like child’s play. This isn’t the answer. It’s just creating an even bigger problem to what already exists!!!
Not legal
they cannot repeal the amendments – these people need term limits also
Actually…..they do not have that right or power.
They dont have the authority to dot that.
Wonder How many Of Them Are Packing !!!!!!
Then war will be upon us and all who support these people will be my enemy and i will be forced to remove them from this planet
Unbelievable
