Repealing the Second Amendment would seemingly be an impossible task. But the left will not so easily give up.
But if the Supreme Court’s decision in Obergefell v. Hodges teaches us anything, it’s that the age of judicial supremacy means that five justices can amend the Constitution far more efficiently than Congress and the state legislatures. And right now there are clearly four Supreme Court justices who are committed to the absurd view that the operative clause of the Second Amendment — “the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed” — doesn’t actually mean “the right of the people” and therefore doesn’t encompass an individual right to own a weapon, even for self-defense. The hell you say
They maybe one vote away. There will be a revolution underway!
Legislating from the bench according to their view and not the law.
If they do it will be called S*****M
They are delusional but if they really want my guns please by all means come get them, Bullets First
we cannot let them abolish any part of the constitution
Obama swore to defend the constitution. .traitor!
It takes all the states to come together and agree and approve changes to the constitution. The supreme justices are only able to interpret law and the constitution.
Truth and Action needs to stop spreading propaganda.
Looks some SCOTUS judges want to retire early without benefits.
The Supreme Court is not supreme
