Repealing the Second Amendment would seemingly be an impossible task. But the left will not so easily give up.
But if the Supreme Court’s decision in Obergefell v. Hodges teaches us anything, it’s that the age of judicial supremacy means that five justices can amend the Constitution far more efficiently than Congress and the state legislatures. And right now there are clearly four Supreme Court justices who are committed to the absurd view that the operative clause of the Second Amendment — “the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed” — doesn’t actually mean “the right of the people” and therefore doesn’t encompass an individual right to own a weapon, even for self-defense. More of this theory on the next page:
Not true, it would take 38 States to agree to repeal anything in the USC…
The Supreme Court has sold it’s soul.
You loose all credibility when post things like this. The Supreme Court does not have the authority to repeal the second amendment
I pray some degree of sanity comes into play. The only reason I could this actually happening is if the rumors I’ve been hearing for some time are true. That the federal government will be used on our on soil to enforce martial law, presumably starting in Texas. Any amendment of the constitution would be enough to provoke anarchy, especially in the south, and Texas probably has more arms than anywhere. So his one last act would be to declare marshal law, and he could stay in office indefinitely. I just hope the resolve of the American people isn’t underestimated.

Come for my guns… send who you don’t want back!
The supremes cannot repeal any amendment, period.
This is the group that needs to go!
And if this happens, the people need to revolt and throw ALL of DC in the ocean. Then begin with everyday citizens to run the country we love. Every justice even contemplating this is in violation of their oath!
Is that so I don’t think they would have a smile on their faces
