Repealing the Second Amendment would seemingly be an impossible task. But the left will not so easily give up.
But if the Supreme Court’s decision in Obergefell v. Hodges teaches us anything, it’s that the age of judicial supremacy means that five justices can amend the Constitution far more efficiently than Congress and the state legislatures. And right now there are clearly four Supreme Court justices who are committed to the absurd view that the operative clause of the Second Amendment — “the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed” — doesn’t actually mean “the right of the people” and therefore doesn’t encompass an individual right to own a weapon, even for self-defense. More of this theory on the next page:
There has to be a constitutional convention to change the constitution, but radical judges and a White House that doesn’t mind enforcing bad law can do whatever they want.
Deport SCOTUS!
Correct goverent did not give is the bill of rights they are inalienable
Court can’t repeal an amendment. It would require an amendment be proposed, voted on and passed by two thirds of the states. Left knows this will not happen which is why they get activist judges who overreach their authority to do their dirty work.
They don’t have that power
This page is disappointing.
Simple fear mongering by the right..
It cannot be repealed and, let them try. It will not happen.
They won’t take our rights away. If they do then I hope the people declare war on the liberals and the left wing.
Sounds to me like the court is on the verge of initiating America’s second revolution. If that happens, I think that justices and politicians will be hard pressed to find enough places to hide. Choose wisely mister fancy pants.
