The Wilhelm-Diess-School in Pocking, Bavaria, who are housing Syrian refugees next to its school gym, has sent home a letter warning parents to not allow their daughters to wear revealing clothing, such as mini-skirts, low neckline blouses, sheer material, anything deemed “sexy” it seems. The head master cites the culture and norms of the mostly Muslim refugees who may find it shocking and possibly insulting. Some parents and students have had negative reactions, mostly about security concerns.

Please be advised there are already several “charter” and “magnet” schools established in the USA which are funded by CAIR and choice contributors to offset “your public school dollar allocations for charter schools”. Under the idea of diversity aka “Harmony” and STEM magnets “Discovery” for Math and Sciences are emerging charter school options. These inclusionary schools are heavily steeped in acceptance of students,Islamic traditions and holidays while often being exclusionary of cross cultural and other religious practices. (Learned this via research and prior students). The longer extended days, academic rigor and focus on sciences make them attractive options for many families. They are not run the same everywhere. As with registering a child in any school, parents need to do their homework to pick the best public, private or chapter school for their own child.
