Dakota Nafzinger, an 8-year-old who was born without eyes, recently had his cane taken away by a school bus driver who claimed he struck another student.
The punishment was compounded by replacing his walking cane with a pool noodle.
The parents state that the school is simply trying to humiliate the boy with their punishment, and stated that sometimes Dakota simple lifts his cane as part of its use.
The school involved in the incident is Gracemor Elementary School in Kansas City, MO.
