Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia is now a dissenter of the Supreme Court itself. After the 5-4 ruling on Friday that states same-sex marriage is constitutional in all 50 states, Scalia has called out the SCOTUS as threat to democracy – that the Court has become the ‘rulers’ of all Americans.

The founders are not happy. The court should make all decisions based on law and fact and not be activists or make decisions because of personal sentiment. Nor should they make arguments that weren’t argued by the parties. Their job is to make a decision based on fact and if the plaintiffs don’t argue it then it should not be considered. John Roberts has proven himself to be not very conservative and I believe afraid of Obama.
