This story is a hoax. The man pictured is NOT a 51-year-old Saudi Prince. He is a Saudi cleric named Sheik Adil Kalbani. The photo was taken during an interview in March 2015… And there is no record at all of a Saudi prince named Abou Libarae Kahtani. So obviously that is a made up name.
