The bill also calls on Obama to “provide the government of Ukraine with lethal and non-lethal defense articles, services, and training required to effectively defend its territory and sovereignty.” Paul calls out the insanity here of training troops in the Ukraine and giving them U.S. weapons as they would be “engaged in a hot war on Russia’s border.”
