Revising the Narrative: Clinton No Longer “Coal Miner’s Daughter”

How can we trust a presidential candid who changes their story to gain more votes? This is exactly what Hilary Clinton is doing, changing her story. She no longer is speaking about her past as a coal miner’s daughter but about clean energy and the environment. Clinton is moving away from that community and trying to please the voters because there are more voters than coal miners.

Clinton’s campaign declined to comment on the shift in her coal message or how she plans to appease both environmentalists and coal workers.

“I know what the right answer in terms of getting votes would’ve been,” Clinton responded.

People-pleasing is seen as an issue in our society, so why do we sit here and watch Clinton people-please all over the place.  As the people of United States we should want someone who can stick to their guns and hold to their opinions. Our country does not need someone like Hilary who changes her mind because she just wants to be the popular girl. To read more about Mrs. Popular and her changing stories go to Reuters.
