My brother worked in the World Financial Center right across the street and e-mailed me when he saw a plane hit the tower. Later that day, he said he saw the second plane hit, and he and his colleagues evacuated and ran to the ferries to go to NJ. I was watching from the 19th floor of my office building when the second plane hit.
