Reading about fraud is always upsetting, but reading about charity fraud is downright infuriating.
When the already-impoverished nation of Haiti was struck by a devastating earthquake in 2010, people around the world opened their checkbooks to donate money to the reconstruction of the country. Among the recipients of these generous donations was the Red Cross, who pledged to help the people of Haiti get back on their feet with the millions of dollars given to them.
Yet five years after launching LAMIKA, a project named after a Creole acronym for “A Better Life In My Neighborhood” and meant to build hundreds of homes in Port-Au-Prince, only six homes have been built across the entire country, forcing citizens to continue dwelling in shacks without water, electricity or basic sanitation and regular flooding. In short, the Red Cross has delivered far less than it promised not just to it’s donors, but to the people it claimed it would help as well.

Help a person in need, don’t donate to CEOs. There are many homeless people in your neighborhood, help them instead, perhaps, they are not employable for whatever reason, don’t judge, just help.
Why does not Trump donate some of the money he has stolen to help them. He has stolen so much that he is ashamed to let anyone see his taxes. And he brags about how much money he has. All stolen.

The first complaints about the Red Cross were in the late sixties from WWII vets. They would tell me the Salvation Army would give them coffee and donuts and the Red Cross charged them a dime. Then of course they charge for the blood that’s donated. Didn’t they also have loans to the higher ups in the organization that were never repaid? And of course the court battle for the funds they’ raised for 9/11.
That was the Clintons. The United Nations put Bill Clinton in charge of Haiti disaster relief. Hillary Clinton’s brother got the first and only permit to strip mine all of Haiti’s gold too.
