Rand Paul promises to halt government spying via the Utah-based NSA data collection facility if elected. Paul, most described as a “true libertarian” has made the NSA and its activities a main issue throughout his political career.
The best part is how he plans to use the facility after chasing the NSA out:

w do they do w all that stuff ? i mean seriously i wonder that ..n s a collects records of conversations..ok.. and how many millions and millions oof data do they have to sort thru? nitemare
how does it work? searches for keywords ? ok but w if the computers f up or something ? i dunno how it works or w they look for would be nice to understand it .
