Quentin Tarantino Calls Cops “Murderers”, Boycott Ensues, Father Calls Him Out

Quentin Tarantino, the Hollywood director, is making news these days, but not for his films.  Tarantino, who has been dubbed the sheltered, nerdy director, who has been successful with block buster movies, is being boycotted.  Tarantino, showed up at a Black Lives Matter demonstration in New York, takes the mic, spewing hate toward police everywhere.

Bad timing, Quentin.  This is “Oscar” season, the time the movies considered for the 2015 awards begin to be showcased.  The Weinstein Company has backed a 80 million dollar film, called “The Hateful Eight”, which Tarantino directed, and it is premiering nationwide in December.  The national police organizations have taken a stand and are telling its members and all those who want to stand in solidarity with our police officers, to boycott “The Hateful Eight”.

The protest Tarantino attended and spoke at, took place four days after a black police officer was shot and killed in New York.  Again bad timing.
