In no uncertain terms Putin blames America for destroying the ‘global collective security’ and American imperialism will cause the world to go to war.

For someone whose not looking for a fight, Putin sure sounds like someone who wants one and Obama is not one who will call his bluff. He will probably have to go play golf. Besides, he has devastated our military so much Putin knows he has the advantage, especially with Obama as commander in chief.
