Vladimir Putin is no fan of the “Arab Spring”, evident by his address to the UN. Putin, who is allies with Assad, and Russia who has interests in Syria as a strategic location, has moved his military to the Syrian border. His speech pointed out his take on the Arab spring, and he believes the Obama “doctrine” in the Middle East has left a vacuum that ISIS is filling. Surprisingly, his take on the Arab Spring is much aligned with how many American conservatives view it.

Putin is a dictator but is right in the middle east.I doubt many Americans would like his leadership skills in our government. We do need somebody that will do what is necessary in Iraq and Syria and our government isn’t the answer right now so he is our only horse to ride for the time being
Devin, this “civilian” was an officer in the USN, and I guarantee I know more about what is going on than 99% of Facebook. Oddly enough, that is not because of my veteran status but because I know how to read and how to assess the validity of a source, which appears to be a lost art.
