Vladimir Putin is no fan of the “Arab Spring”, evident by his address to the UN. Putin, who is allies with Assad, and Russia who has interests in Syria as a strategic location, has moved his military to the Syrian border. His speech pointed out his take on the Arab spring, and he believes the Obama “doctrine” in the Middle East has left a vacuum that ISIS is filling. Surprisingly, his take on the Arab Spring is much aligned with how many American conservatives view it.

What Obama has done? Does Putin not know who ISIS is? They are the former management of the Iraqi Republican Guard, fired by Paul Bremer in 2003. Maybe Paul thought they’d get work at the Iraq version of Micky D’s. If he meant the US, when he says, “look what you’ve done”, I get that. If Putin wants to help his buddy Assad win back his country, have at it. I don’t want one of our soldiers dying in that shithole. We’ve had enough of that stupidity to no avail.
Once again I am left embarrassed by this administration and envious of the Russians. Oh how things change.
