We the tax payers have to pay for these people in these prisons and I think that the countries that these criminals come from should pay back what it costs the US. Mexico would be a good place to start. OMG imagine what it has cost us both in putting them in prison, deportation, and rounding them up again only for them to slither right back across the border.
