I thought I was clear on that point, maybe you missed (ignored) it? Joseph had no wife prior to Mary, But if “traditions of men” are going to influence doctrine, a practice that Christ hated, no wonder the farce of the “ever virgin” is so popular, except the bible does not support it. Anywhere. The evidence points to the obvious, undeniable truth, that the original writers took great care to clearly identify Christ literal blood kin brothers, born after Christ to Mary.
