Maurine, I think Brandon is right when it comes to some leaders and followers of Christianity. Some did and some didn’t do those things.
I also like his statement regarding science and how its a way for some people to make sense of the universe. Science is proving the Bible writings to be true on some things like how God has created more than just this world.
Right Ralph? Those sins belong to those people, but even then they were responding to a 400 year old oppression.
Today’s sins belong to those of us today. Best we can do is correct course by the dictates of our conscience as best we can and do our best to sin no more.
Then why Christian fought wars over wars in name of religion… From crusade war to uptill now… Bush once told , the on going wars are the continuation of crusade wars.
