So the Critics of Pope Francis have been loud and increasing just as much as the calls of social justice and climate change have excited the leftists in America. Then there was the alleged bombshell that the Pope went a step further when he discussed the “failure” of Jesus’ life and the “failure of the cross.”
Pope Francis’ first stop in New York was at St. Patrick’s Cathedral in Manhattan, where, at an evening prayer, he touched on the spirit of gratitude and hard work before making the shocking statement. Let’s run a review on the next page:

Mortal man
Anti Christ in action
And this people is the leader of the Catholic church
Dan, that’s not so.
No Father Francis, you are mistaken. Lord Jesus was extremely successful. He backed his actions and words, his ministry, with his sacrifice. What an extraordinary being! He proved his credibility through his horrid pain, blood, and tears.
I get what I hope the pope was trying to say, however…. Jesus’s death on the cross was in no way whatsoever a failure. It was payment in full for all of our sins and complete victory over death in his resurrection three days later. It was also not a mistake but rather exactly what god had planned.
As spiritually in tune as you’d think the pope should be, I would think he’d be better at getting his point across more clearly. Unless of course his words really reflected his belief, which begs lots of concerns. #ModernPharisee
Did either of you actually read the article instead of being duped by a misleading title. That’s a little shortsighted.
This Pope doesn’t know Jesus with a comment like that. This guy has a lose screw.
