I am sorry, but I said this repeatedly. He pronounced upon election he only wanted to remain Pope for a few years and not until death. It has been 4 yrs and I feel it is time for him to retired. He makes speeches as seen on television that renders him more a politician then the head of the catholic church. We need a cardinal that is with the church, the bible, the mass, and above all with God, Christ Our Lord and proceed with those ways. Not stabbing the faith in the back. My thoughts and ways I was brought up was to bring people to the Catholic Faith not chase them away nor chase Catholics away. We need to have a Cardinal that will make sure he brings the church back together and be more strict with priests and nuns. Nuns (most orders) dress like everyday business women, others dress half way between original habits and modern dress, the rest dress like ladies of the night, make up, lipstick, tight blouses, tight skirts, hugh heels, they all knew what they were in for when they joined the order. Priests are out of hand, they get to dress in plain civilian clothes when their on free time, day off, days off or vacations. Many act like they are eligible men for both women and men. I know one who told me things he says and does that I simply could not believe. He also introduces himself by his first and last name when in civilian clothes and does not tell anyone he is a priest. After a while I knew he is a fraudulent priest and the sad thing is I have heard from others, the same things. Priests and Nuns to be ordered to return immediately to their religious clothing at all times! Priests should be ordered that they introduce themselves as a priest. Many priests are getting away with far to much. This priest I talk about sneaks out quite often from the church office and rectory to play, i.e. golf, or to hang out with other fraudulent priests. We need a pope that will end this. Growing up, the priests were always at the church marrying people, baptizing babies, and if not there, visiting the sick in the hospital or their homes, and if not doing these things, they were visiting parishioners and blessing their homes. Now they do little work, they call getting someone to get meetings organized work. They hear confessions and the priest I was speaking of, had the nerve to tell me how to amend my sins and then later when we were just talking on several times, admitted to me that he does the same sins AND SOME EVEN WORSE then what I confessed. To me he is a hypocrite, and talking to other priests, telling them everything he told me, they were angry with him and said he was not ready to take vows when he did. So what we need is a new pope who believes in God’s words and the Church and straighten all these things out and make priests and nuns adhere to their vocations.
