Grandfather Bill Swan from Lone Jack, MO was beaten so severly by police that they bloodied his face, bruised his hip and broke 2 of his ribs.
All of this because Swan complained about a utility crew digging on his property.

it is a sad and pathetic incidence and those cops involved in the acts should be sanction , apologize to him and pay his medical expense . they dont have any reason to maltreat him even though he is wrong based on his age
