Planned Parenthood, the baby killing, body part selling, house of horrors has had its funding stopped by the House this past Friday. The legislation, H.R. 3762, a reconciliation bill, stops the taxpayer funding.
Unlike previous attempts to defund Planned Parenthood, this legislation was written as a reconciliation bill, which means that it cannot be filibustered in the Senate and can pass in this chamber with 51 votes, as opposed to the 60 vote minimum.
