A note was found in all caps screams that something is rotten in Denmark.

Frank the Term policies I sold would not expire if you paid the increased premiums after their term period came to an end.
“Term” refers to the period of time that the policies remain level, in that the premiums stay the same for the term.
This should be investigated further by all means.
