Pat Buchanan lost two presidential campaigns with two parties during his political career. In 1996, he unsuccessfully sought the Republican nomination for president. Four years later, he made it onto the general election ballot as a Reform Party candidate. He came in fourth place behind George W. Bush, Al Gore, and Ralph Nader.
So Buchanan is intimately familiar with the art of the loss — something that Barack Obama seems to be struggling with now that his party got clobbered in the latest election.
This week, in an interview on Newsmax, Buchanan called out Obama’s “bitter” attitude during the presidential transition and took down a couple other high-ranking Democrats in the process.
Watch Buchanan ridicule Obama, Schumer, and Reid on the next page:
Yes at the time they did retired now. My sister’s went up so high through work then cut back on what she had available to her she could barely afford her insulin. My daughter’s family went from four hundred a month to fifteen hundred a month with severe cut backs in testing coverage she had to pay fifteen hundred for an MRI. So many others in same boat. I was hoping Obama care would work. But then companies starting dropping out if Obama care making it hard for many. I just heard though they are working on a transition from Obama care to other low cost plans trying not to leave ppl without insurance. If your insurance is dropped temporarily, But hope not, FYI if you have a teaching hospital near you -you can apply for medical help at the hospital making it free to many or very low cost. Also non profit hospitals once admitted or treated have organizations to pay the cost for you or greatly reduce your bill. Obama care did give us a good guideline to what’s workable and what is not to form a better coverage similar to Obama care. Hope you fair well in transition contact me on my homepage if you need help through this. I use to work in healthcare. Best to you.
Michele Barnes what does this have to do with Trumps record on women’s rights, which is what we were discussing. I think it’s great that he doesn’t want to cut Medicare and SS but 1) he better not because in the election he promised he wouldn’t and 2) Preibus said he “didn’t want to” which tells me he will and then blame it on obama while giving the top 1% HUGE tax cuts.
I hope I’m wrong. If you’re right I’ll be the happiest person here. I just don’t think it will happen.
he is definately an angry c**n
Cry Baby
He’s a narcissist who thought he was the king, not just a president. His ego is out of control. What else would we expect from Obama?
Trashed it the d a y he moved in
tHIS COUNTRY WAS STUPID ENOUGH TO LET HIM GET AWAY WITH EVERYTHING. WHERE WAS THERE SOMEONE TO LET HIM GO ON AND ON FOR 8 YEARS. THIS COUNTRY NEEDS TO BE ON THEIR TOES AND FIGHT FOR WHAT IS OURS.
He is a bitter, bitter person. He’s doing everything he can to cause as much havoc as possible, as he leaves office. So much for that “Smooth” transition he promised. Sad that he isn’t leaving graciously, as his predecessors did. That will go down as his “Legacy”.
I would say none have left as vengeful and hateful as Obummer. First time I’ve seen it in my lifetime.
David Breyer You are a treasonous, despicable, TROLL, that continues to support the destruction of our Country! You are in denial of the truths and attack others as racist! Coward and TURNCOAT! https://youtu.be/iAbgmXVaOc8
