In a recent pre-trial hearing in Xenia, Ohio, a judge agreed with a prosecutor’s motion to prohibit the defendant from mentioning the Constitution or the constitutionality of the law he was charged with violating.
Judge Catherine Barber stated “there will be no mentioning of the Constitution” to the defendant, Virgil Vaduva.
The prosecutor made the claim that mentioning the Constitution “will confuse the jury,” to which Vaduva replied that uttering words on a public sidewalk, his panhandling charge, constitutes free speech.
MOVE TO PAGE 2:
Throw her out! What kind of judge is she??
Impeach
Doesn’t Vaduva have an attorney? Blantant corruption in this town, what does the citizens think about this judge?
This judge needs to step down if you can’t go by the constitution then you don’t need to be a judge period
Wonder how the judge would like to get banned from her court room, ouch!
FIRE THIS IDIOT
So where is the ACLU? This is the type of case they should be taking and the Judge should be disbarred for not allowing him to site the Constitution.
Correct me if I’m wrong but isn’t the Constitution the law of the land? Recall this judge!
Then she need to be removed for by force
And they say there’s no connection between the$#%&!@*s Social Liberals and our Obama/Clinton’s Social Liberal agenda. Just another example.
