In a recent pre-trial hearing in Xenia, Ohio, a judge agreed with a prosecutor’s motion to prohibit the defendant from mentioning the Constitution or the constitutionality of the law he was charged with violating.
Judge Catherine Barber stated “there will be no mentioning of the Constitution” to the defendant, Virgil Vaduva.
The prosecutor made the claim that mentioning the Constitution “will confuse the jury,” to which Vaduva replied that uttering words on a public sidewalk, his panhandling charge, constitutes free speech.
MOVE TO PAGE 2:
By disavowing our Supreme Law and the use of it in trial has shown this Court to be more a Fraud than many and they should simply at this point challenge the Court’s Authority and Jurisdiction as well as this Judge and Prosecutor. They are clearly afraid of Jury Nullification and rightfully so… I guess anything to protect their fraudulent forced control and revenue generating. It’s cute that they are limiting his rights and tying his hands from using our Supreme Law which stands over all else. I would still use it, mention it and let them break the Law further by finding him in contempt…. Seems like a setup for a mistrial and having this Judge recused from the case and up before the Bar
another pos we need to purge

What oath did she take?
Worst yet. Our Constitution was repealed then kept confidential from all of you. Done without a vote from we the people. Thats high treason
Get rid of her.
Remove her immediately. This is TREASON.
