In a recent pre-trial hearing in Xenia, Ohio, a judge agreed with a prosecutor’s motion to prohibit the defendant from mentioning the Constitution or the constitutionality of the law he was charged with violating.
Judge Catherine Barber stated “there will be no mentioning of the Constitution” to the defendant, Virgil Vaduva.
The prosecutor made the claim that mentioning the Constitution “will confuse the jury,” to which Vaduva replied that uttering words on a public sidewalk, his panhandling charge, constitutes free speech.

Ohio judge is crazy!
Unbelievable. And incredibly appalling
The two of them should be Bared from this state for violating the right of the people in the court of law, then if this is legal ,why not make ur own rules of law!!!
That should be grounds for her immediate disbarral and removal from the bench. Exactly what then is she making judgements from. Like in Dayton, Ohio, an unconstitutional entity from it’s founding and still is. They recently had their butt handed to them by the State Supreme Court over claiming “Home Rule”,which doesn’t exist. This over red light traffic cameras being a fourth amendment violation.
Thats b******t,,the courts are dictated by constitution,,wake up sheeple
i would say it a thousand times just to p**s her off, to hell with all Liberal activist judges.
This judge needs to be removed from the bench.
Pull her outside and flog her!!!
Then dis-bar the$#%&!@*!!!
That shut the Lawyers mouths!
