In a recent pre-trial hearing in Xenia, Ohio, a judge agreed with a prosecutor’s motion to prohibit the defendant from mentioning the Constitution or the constitutionality of the law he was charged with violating.
Judge Catherine Barber stated “there will be no mentioning of the Constitution” to the defendant, Virgil Vaduva.
The prosecutor made the claim that mentioning the Constitution “will confuse the jury,” to which Vaduva replied that uttering words on a public sidewalk, his panhandling charge, constitutes free speech.

This is the XENIA Courthouse! My home town has a Looney Judge??
Just an open republican gal, doing her daily anti American terrorist act in the name of her good lord God all mighty Jesus Christ. She just doing what trumps been doing.
Well now Kim Davis felt god told her not to do her job maybe he told this judge the same thing? Let’s follow the Lord on this one
And what nation does she thinks she is a judge in?????
Outrageous is right.
Time to disbar this judge – evidently does not know she lives in America – if she want sharia she needs to go to syria, iran or iraq.
What is your problem, lady?
The courts guide line for it’s rulings is the constitution.
Why the hell is she a judge
