In a recent pre-trial hearing in Xenia, Ohio, a judge agreed with a prosecutor’s motion to prohibit the defendant from mentioning the Constitution or the constitutionality of the law he was charged with violating.
Judge Catherine Barber stated “there will be no mentioning of the Constitution” to the defendant, Virgil Vaduva.
The prosecutor made the claim that mentioning the Constitution “will confuse the jury,” to which Vaduva replied that uttering words on a public sidewalk, his panhandling charge, constitutes free speech.

Report this to the judicial disciplinary group…
Kick that judge off the bench and take away her license to practice
I’m tired of Barry and his Muslim friends
She don’t have the authority or jurisdiction.
It’s NOT “her” court… it is We The People’s Court.. when are WE The PEOPLE gonna wake up and DEMAND our country back?????
Didn’t she take an Oath of Office
She should be removed from the bench
Totally unconscionable!
Remove the judge immediately for violating the same constitution! How stupid, you can not ban the law of the land!
Then you are not in court.
Of course. The Constitution doesn’t have anything to do with the justice system. The big O said so.
