Tommy. Actually, George Bush senior signed onto the U.N. Agenda 21 in 1992. He spoke of “creating a New World Order”. Not defying it. Bush senior was a career Rino Socialist who worked with Bill Clinton to change American society. Bill Clinton is the one who paid millions to make the policies outlined in Agenda 21 part of U.S. policy.
