Take a look at John Holdren, Obama’s science czar, who once wrote a book that advocated such things as force abortions, adding contaminants to the water to mass sterilize the population, single mothers who have their kids taken by the State, etc.

Option: when putting anyone on welfare, issue them birth control pills, do drug test at specific times, and put a short term limit on funds. If these regulations are ignored, sorry, welfare is cut off. Also there should be a short time to be on welfare to enable the person receiving these funds to get a job…not meaning years. Also, a portion of the welfare funds should taxed.
