Obama’s Justice Department Continues to Stonewall the Public on Hillary Investigation

One would think that the United States is a monarchy if you look at leaders like Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton.  Barack Obama pushes executive orders through like he is a king issuing edicts.  Hillary Clinton thinks she’s above the law — and why shouldn’t she?  Queen Hillary — who hasn’t even driven a car since sometime last century — has never faced punishment for her corruption and law breaking.  Many people believe that Queen Hillary has said “off with their head” about a few people who have turned up dead.

Now that a FOIA request has been filed to unseal results of the FBI investigation, it appears that the Justice Department is protecting Queen Hillary yet again.

Attorneys with the U.S. Department of Justice say they cannot make public a classified FBI declaration because it would “adversely affect the ongoing investigation” into Hillary Clinton‘s private email server. The recent filing by DOJ attorneys, obtained by LawNewz.com, is significant because it not only acknowledges the ongoing federal probe, but also asserts that if the declaration is made public, it could “reasonably be expected to interfere with enforcement proceedings.”

The DOJ’s memorandum is part of a FOIA lawsuit that was originally filed in federal court by Vice News reporter Jason Leopold. Leopold is seeking Clinton’s emails that the DOJ obtained from her private server. He is also seeking correspondence between the FBI and Clinton referencing the Clinton email server.

“Adversely affect the ongoing investigation”?  Not too many people are buying that story.  It is much more likely that the Justice Department is trying to delay as long as possible in hopes of putting Hillary in the White House to carry out President Obama’s third term.
