Obamanet Coming Soon To 27 Cities

The program, called ConnectHome, is currently only for low-income individuals. It will make their Internet bill somewhere between $9.95 a month to $0.00.

“This is not something government does by itself,” Obama said during a visit to Durant, Oklahoma. “I’m proud to say that folks around the country are stepping up to do their part. So businesses like Cox are providing low-cost Internet and devices. Best Buy is committing free computer education and technical support so that folks learn how to make the most of the Internet.”

In other words, look for your Internet bill to go up soon!
