Serco is still hiring, believe it or not, even though current employees just sit around with no work. They are hired to process applications for Obamacare, but state that an entire month can go by without one coming through.
They are told to sit at their computers and hit the refresh button every 10 minutes, but not more than once every 10 minutes, to check for new applications.
Now some of the hundreds of employees hired are coming forward to detail the waste.
That’s been happening for years.
