Obama continued to legitimize Islamic terrorists with an opt-ed published in the LA Times, stating that ISIS jihadists have ‘legitimate grievances’.
“More broadly, groups like al Qaeda and ISIL exploit the anger that festers when people feel that injustice and corruption leave them with no chance of improving their lives,” Obama wrote. “The world has to offer today’s youth something better.”
“Efforts to counter violent extremism will only succeed if citizens can address legitimate grievances through the democratic process and express themselves through strong civil societies,” he added. “Those efforts must be matched by economic, educational and entrepreneurial development so people have hope for a life of dignity.”
So all the beheadings, kidnapping, rape and various atrocities carried out by Islamic extremists for the last 1400 years was due to ‘legitimate grievances’?

If they have a legitimate grievance it’s with their ancestors and themselves for creating the world they live in NOT the rest of the world. If their countrymen would stay and fix problems at home instead of running off to some other country to support them while waiting for those countries to go in and fix the problem then the whole world would be better off including their own countries.
