President Obama stated Monday that he would support a 20% pay reduction for retiring military personnel as well as redefining benefits for those that leave before achieving 20 year of service. So it’s only a matter of time before these recommendations are realized.
Obama has been cutting natural born citizens out of the military while simultaneously hiring illegal immigrants. He has also been ending highly successful military programs and allowing different components the military to simply degrade, prompting the Washington Times to state that Obama has our decimated our military, leaving the US only ‘marginally able’ to defend itself.

Why does anyone join either the American or Canadian military during peace time (I guess that is a debatable notion) other than because of the continued and widening economic disparity between the continual diminishing middle cl$#%&!@* and those with economically less? Governments in both countries continue to abondon their responsibility to Veterns. Are governments in both countries trying to destroy large parts of the military, leaving only the super wealthy with protection through private military?
He makes me sick. The military should be paid what they get on Capital Hill. They are the ones that put their lives on the line for us. NOT THE PEOPLE WE PUT IN OFFICE.
